​I had a great experience with My Autoglass! They got me in and out super quickly, and their customer service was top-notch. On top of that, their quote was noticeably lower than other places around. Highly recommend them if you need fast, affordable, and friendly auto glass repair!

I called Sam Thursday July 2nd at 3 PM in the afternoon, just shopping quotes well knowing it was 4th of July weekend and wasn't expecting any type of services until the following week. Sam answered my call immediately, asked me a couple questions about my 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and quoted me less than the other 2 or 3 calls I had made this afternoon and told me he could get it fixed for me the next day. He was accommodating, professional and had me in and out and on my way to enjoy my holiday weekend with a like new vehicle! I found him through Chat GPT and of course it did not disappoint. Thank you Sam and his team for taking care of me!!

My experience here was lovely. On short notice I was able to take my Fiat 500 in for a rear window replacement due to a landscaper’s negligence. I was quoted prices of $800 to $1400 from several other places. I hated that the landscaper would have to come out of his pocket so deeply. My last call was to My Auto Glass. The owner was so informative about this service. He was also quite honest about the great price I was getting due to business being a little slow at the beginning of summer. He replaced my window in one and a half hours for $300. They went the extra step of vacuuming all the glass out of the car. I will return to this shop if I ever need a window replacement. I will also share this shop’s service to anyone in need. I really just want to thank the owner from the bottom of my heart for sharing his knowledge and service.

I recently had my windshield replaced at My Auto Glass in Convoy, San Diego, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My wife called our insurance about a cracked windshield, and they immediately started a claim and connected us with My Auto Glass. The next day, Sam reached out and walked her through the entire process. This was our first windshield replacement on a fairly new vehicle, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. He was quick to respond, very understanding of our situation, and even went out of his way to work with our insurance to get the OEM glass covered. On the day of the appointment, I dropped off the car and they took the keys and got started right away. I was in and out in under an hour, including the windshield replacement and ADAS calibration. Much faster than I expected. The windshield looks great and the car was returned spotless. Sam and his team were friendly, professional, and efficient. I would highly recommend My Auto Glass if you need windshield repair or replacement.
