We've been going to Heno for auto detailing on our cars for over 20 years and we never hesitate to recommend him to others. Everyone is always happy with the recommendation, including co-workers. Heno himself is chatty, cordial and extremely accommodating. I cannot recommend him enough. Call in advance for that day's availability and hours!

So happy after discovering Heno at Ocean Auto Detail, he does precision detailing, and look how good my car looks! It’s a 2016 Mazda CX5 (almost 8 years old and original paint job) Bee-yoo-ti-ful! The inside is also perfect AND under the hood!!

I read all the good reviews so was hopeful going in. But big disappointment. I will be brief: The good: To be fair, the exterior job was fine and he touched up a small scratch with some paint, which I appreciated. Window job was fine too (both inside and outside) The bad: Interior job was terrible. It was actually worse than a regular car wash job. (see photos and captions). My kid's sun screen mark, which can be easily wiped off was still there, dust and dirt still visible, tires were still dirty, and he completely forgot to clean the rear seat cup holder area. Again see my photos and judge for yourself. The ugly: When I started asking questions about the poor interior job, he gave me this attitude and rudely said he would not take my money and told me to go. This is an older man, and I kind of felt bad at this point and offered to pay him the full price and apologized to him that I didn't mean to be rude and that I was just asking about the job.. but he kept his rude attitude kept telling me to leave. He ended up taking $80 instead of the $125 he initially charged. Honestly, I think I could have just gone to a hand car wash place and got a better result for less than $50. I w

Heno was awesome! I took my 3-month-new car in to him, which was covered in blue paint I picked up somewhere on the road. Heno took great care and patience to remove all of the paint from the tires, rims, wheel wells, splash guards, chrome accents and the passenger side of the car, by hand, and it looked like it never happened. I was very pleased with the service and the price. He was proud to share that he’d been in business in La Crescenta for 26 years, and his work quality explains why. Thanks Heno!
