Ohana is my new favorite car spot!! I love the energy and service!! Rj keeps its real with you the whole time and gets your car running great. I just went for an oil change the inside of my car was dirty and so were the windows. When he gave me my car back the oil change was done windows clean driver seat vacuumed!!! And I didn’t have to ask!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY. I had an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience here. As a paying customer, I asked basic questions about what was wrong with my car and the work being done. Instead of explaining, the technician became hostile, cursed at me, and told me to “stand back in the front” of the property. At no point should a customer be treated this way for simply trying to understand repairs on their own vehicle. I’ve dealt with bad customer service before, but this was beyond that — completely unacceptable and disrespectful. I will not be returning and would strongly recommend others go elsewhere.

I recently started to take my cars to ohana car care this year and honestly I really wished I knew or heard about them years ago.....Ohana car care isn't just your average mechanic shop, they treat you like family. Very honest and super professional towards giving your car the proper care. RJ always looks out for your best interest. As far as my cars maintenance, I no longer worry about whos going to work on it... I just take it in and I know my vehicles are in very good hands.

I really tried to give this place a fair chance as a dependable car service provider. I usually go there for oil changes, which typically cost around $80. That’s not too bad, considering the oil and filter alone run about $40—so $40 for labor seems reasonable. But here’s where things go downhill: they always add a $40 charge for a flush, even though my car is a 2023 model and doesn’t need one. It feels like an unnecessary upsell every time. So if you're going in for a basic oil change, expect to pay $120 or more. And if you're a new customer, be prepared for a surprise $100 “diagnostic fee” just for showing up. The worst part was when I brought my car in for brake issues. I expected the repair to cost around $1,000. But then I got a call saying multiple other things were wrong. I had mentioned my concern for my kids’ safety, and he clearly used that against me. The final bill? $2,333. This guy is a snake. He’ll try to squeeze every dollar out of you while pretending to care. He says things like, “Your car is pretty new—does it have a warranty?” But it’s just a setup to pressure you into overpaying. Avoid this place. You deserve honest service, not manipulation.

"Ohana Car Care, where we'll treat you like family. You know...extended family, that we kinda hate." The bay workers may be decent, but unfortunately I wouldn't know, as I wasn't able to get that far. I typically do my own oil changes, but was quoted $55 for an oil change from Ohana. This would mean I only pay around $15 for the service, since the oil + filter combo I usually purchase is around $40 from Autozone. I figured, what the hell, let's treat myself and be a little lazy, so I took my car in for service. It seemed okay at first. The business was a bit dirty and in disrepair, but I never judge a book by it's cover. I was greeted by the desk boy, who was nice enough. I notified him I was there for an oil change, and waited as he input my information for my customer profile. After about a 5 minute wait, he confronted me with a total of $99, nearly DOUBLE my original quoted price. When I asked what the upcharge was for, he stated that my vehicle's computer informed him I was over 1700 miles past due for an oil change, so he needed to perform an engine flush, as well as add an additive to the oil, probably some detergent.
