Our house had a pipe break which resulted in a moderate amount of damage. My plumber recommended that I call OC Restoration, and I am SO glad I did – they reacted with the urgency that water damage needs before more damage occurs. They assign to you a project manager, I had Dennis and he was awesome. He came to the house within a short time after I called OC. They handled my flood damage with the precision of a surgeon, every detail was taken care of from the drying process, demolition, and even packaging my contents. Everyone assigned to my flood was very courteous and professional, they even worked with me on the financial aspects during this very stressful time. I don’t wish a flood on anyone, but if you have one, OC Restoration takes care of EVERYTHING… Amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about OC Restoration Services. After dealing with a previous company that completely mishandled and worsened a mold remediation issue in my home due to an improperly installed sliding glass patio door, I was incredibly stressed trying to find someone trustworthy to fix the situation properly. We had a great experience with Orange County restoration. The entire crew was fantastic and extremely thorough in their work. Everything was done very clean. Rico, our main point of contact took great care of us and consistently followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. This company clearly takes pride in what they do. We had an unknown long-term leak that caused damage to the walls and flooring. Orange County Restoration made the entire process much easier than we expected. From the start, they were professional, attentive, and very responsive in their communication. The team was very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. Jeff, Rico, Alex, and Eddie were all amazing and ensured the project delivered seamlessly. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and made sure we felt comfortable with the process. We were especially impressed with how careful and meticulous they were in prepping the area and setting up proper containment. The quality of their work was excellent, and they handled everything efficiently and with great care.
