I just purchased $16000 Focal speaker system from this retailer and I couldn't be happier. Since they are not like BestBuy or Amazon I was little worried to purchase high end audio gear from them but rest be assured they are very honest and reputable retailer. Russell (I think he is the owner) was able to accommodate order change request and always responded to my text within a minute. I am happy with the purchase. Highly recommended.

After spending time with this system, I can honestly say it has become one of those setups that makes me want to keep playing “just one more CD.” System: * Cayin Jazz 100 tube integrated amplifier * KEF R3 bookshelf speakers * Arcam CD5 CD player Where I purchased from: * Rock On Audio Video In the beginning, I was looking for Cayin Jazz 80 amp, KEF Q Concerto Meta speakers, and Marantz CD6007 CD player. Russell recommended the above system instead, with a much better combination. I am so pleased I listened to his advise and did a great purchase. The first thing that stands out is the musicality. The Cayin Jazz 100 brings a natural warmth and richness that never sounds slow or overly romantic. Voices have body and emotion, string instruments sound beautifully textured, and brass has just the right amount of bite without becoming harsh. Paired with the KEF R3, the result is surprisingly balanced. The R3 is known for its superb imaging and detail, and the Jazz 100 gives it a touch of humanity. Haven't had a Hi-Fi stereo system for decades. Russell recommended a system that is unique to my space and budget. No upsell, no pressure, and no BS. The KEF R3 Meta is a perfect fit for my music/library room. Haven't heard such clear sound and deep bass in years. There is a lot of oomph in those bookshelf speakers. Big bang for your buck!

You can read all the specs and all the reviews and it will be no substitute for being able to sit and listen to the system. I went in wanting to love the KEF LS60 and ended up falling in love with the sound of KEF R3 Meta + Hegel H190v. Russell was patient with re-arranging and re-visiting speaker placements. The whole audition was comfortable and absolutely zero pressure. Russell was also very responsive to clarifying questions from prior to purchase to after delivery. Highly recommend Russell and RockOnAV!

RockOnAV was very attentive, I bought online and decided to let my experience been known even it was not on this store location. Russell called me in Mexico to help with the order, he went the extra mile and beyond to assist with my concerns and the customs documentation to bring it into Mexico. Without that, I would have had trouble at customs. Delivered on time exactly as promised. Truly best‑in‑class customer experience.
