If I could give them a lower I would I thought Jorge was a cool dude at first and they worked fast but that was not the case, I took them 2 cars 1 was some repair work and 1 was a full complete paint job they took much longer than he initially told us ontop of that they were careless with handling 1 of the cars they removed the seat and stored it in the bed with rims and tires and the seat was permanently stained on my customers car what we thought would just come off with a nice detail when the car was fully completed ended up not coming off and Jorge was initially helpful saying he would replace but then doubled back on his word and said he won't take responsibility for it when i clearly told him this happened while I'm their possession and gave him the logic explanation on how it happened he refused to be reasonable and tried to give every excuse in the book to not be help responsible after I took him 2 cars well over $14-15k worth of work he couldn't handle a $500 hiccup and is now forcing me to be the 1 footing the bill on behalf of their negligence I will no longer bring work their way and I advise everyone be aware!!!! i just went through an insurance job with this auto shop. stay away, find another shop that will do honest work. this place pretty much committed insurance fraud and did not replace parts that were "okay to replace" by insurance. when i called them out they replaced my hood which i was most uneasy about. when they did that they could not spray it right and there are atleast 100 solvent pops on my hood. so fed up i dont even want to call them anymore. they are lucky its white and harder to see.. I'm taking it somewhere else to get sprayed and paying my own money. if this is how they treat a luxury sports car I would be hesitant. STAY AWAY!

This is hands down the best collision center that I've ever used. They really look after your best interest and will fight with insurance companies to ensure they don't sacrifice safety for a few dollars. Glad I found this family owned business that offers great service. Thank you!

I Have to say really great service. The Big Boss "Jorge" Really knows how to take care of his customers. As you can see on the picture that spoiler on my 2015 Mustang Looks Amazing. I would highly recommend .Went. to many other shops. An P&P Auto Body Shops was not only best in price but as well best in customers service .
