Terribly slow. Over 1hr 15min for a car wash. Understaffed it seems. They charge a credit card fee but don’t tell you until after you have turned your car over and go to pay. I successfully argued that wasn’t fair and they did remove it reluctantly. Car wash was fine but nothing that you couldn’t get elsewhere without taking so long and shady pricing practices.

Simply the best car wash in Southern Californian California. The entire processes was so smooth and relaxing. Wonderful staff and a great place to just hang out and relax. But the best part was how beautiful my Aston Martin looked when they were finished. No matter where you live...It's worth the drive.

Had a fantastic experience. Got a coupon for "The Start" and the detailing was great and I went right at the top of the day so it wasnt busy at all. Total detailing took about 45 min. 100% handwash!! Cover seating in the waiting area with massage chair and snacks for sale along with misc car items. Walkable to Sidecar or spend the waiting time at Marshalls or BevMo across the street.

So disappointed, spent $50 dollars to get my jeep hand washed and was expecting good quality instead I was met with garbage, the first time I took it they barley even touched the interior and some how ruined my bumpers and didn’t clean my tires or rims, second time around they did a good job after complaining still leaving my rims tires and bumpers etched with that ever cheap products were used, and the lady who previously cleaned my car was complaining about not receiving a tip !! Would you leave a tip for this? Pictures included

Wanted to try this place out did the Manager’s Special which was $100. I asked the employee at the entrance prior if the interior is cleaned and he said yes. I got home and did an overview of my car and i’m not satisfied at all. I’ve taken my car to places that charge $50 for a better interior/exterior wash.
