Just like most people around here, summer was bearing down on me and my Chevy SS. The old tint was badly faded and in serious need of a refresh. I scoured the internet, social media, Craigslist, and even contemplated buying tint off Amazon or eBay and trying to DIY. I came to my senses and opted to go the professional route, of which there are MANY options around San Antonio. Ultimately it came down to a few shops, however Prada Auto Customs stuck out to me. They are a newer provider, Darrien, the owner is former military and I’m always looking for ways to support the military, so I opted to give them a shot, plus they had a convenient schedule, were close to my office, and offered great pricing. Everything seemed to fall into place. I ended up getting all the windows, including my windshield done with ceramic tint. Initially everything looked great and the tint was performing up to expectation in the hot August sun. A few days later I did notice some blemishes and contamination with the tint application and brought it to Darrien’s attention. He had me swing by the shop and Ishowed him my concerns. I brought my daughter's Honda to Prada Auto Customs to get ceramic tint. Their prices are unbeatable - the end result came out great. They definitely take pride in their work and make sure customers leave happy. Because of how well they took care of me, I’m definitely bringing my other cars. I brought my Tesla to Prada Auto Customs for a full ceramic tint, including the windshield, and the experience exceeded my expectations. While I initially thought the price was on the higher side, after future research, I saw that they had one of, if not the most competitive price for window tint in San Antonio. In all I would have been more than happy to pay their price for the work they did because their work is unmatched. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and pride they take in their work are evident in the flawless results. The level of customer care I received was outstanding, and I was so impressed that I will also be bringing in my wife’s vehicle for tinting. Prada Auto Customs delivers excellent service, clear communication, and truly stands behind their work. I first brought my C8 Corvette to Prada Auto Customs for a 20% ceramic windshield tint, and at the same time my wife’s vehicle got a full interior and exterior detail. Both cars received their gold package ceramic detail, and the results were impressive. About a month later, after the tint cured, I noticed a small bubble in the lower right corner of my Corvette’s windshield. I contacted the shop and they scheduled me right back in with no hassle. They re-did the entire windshield under warranty at no cost and made sure it came out flawless this time. It’s clear they stand behind their work and care about customer satisfaction. Honest, professional, and detail-oriented — highly recommend Prada Auto Customs.

Had a good experience today at my window tint appointment. Darrien Was a true professional, along with his assistant Jesse. My vehicle really looks classy with the tint job they did. They also got a very comfortable, waiting room with snacks!! Prada for the Win!
