Came here for my aftermarket car alarm and OEM ignition issues based on all the good reviews. JR and Sam communicated thoroughly; were honest, friendly, and transparent; and troubleshot a very complex issue that even my skilled mechanic in Ktown chose to bypass, due to requiring high-level electrical expertise and being a pain in the ass and time consuming to fix. JR’s mechanics fixed my issues skillfully in relatively short amount of time, charged me an extremely reasonable labor rate, and explained clearly the actual issue with my car, versus everyone else’s conjecture. I got my car back yesterday, and it runs like a dream. It’s never hummed this well since leaving the Galpin lot. Precision really knows their stuff, and they have the decades of expertise to back it. And they didn’t rip me off or charge insane labor rates, the way Westside car shops sometimes can. They have integrity, 1,000%. Can’t recommend them enough. I hope they stay in business until they retire. It’s best to call ahead to book an appointment. Their entrance is located in an alley off of Pico, near Lincoln.

I had to fix my electric keyboard very quickly for an upcoming performance. The guys helped me right away, and they were so sweet and attentive. They tried one solution to the problem and it appeared to fix everything. They could’ve sent me home then in there, but they wanted to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. They tested something else, and lo and behold, the piano was still broken. Thanks to their attention to detail and dedication to quality service, they fixed every issue with my piano, and I will be able to play it for my performance. I am so grateful! I highly recommend this establishment for any of your repair needs.

Triple A +. When calling for an estimate I discovered this local business within walking distance. Their estimate was on par for installation as several others so, I decided to Shop Local. I'm so glad I did. They installed this updated Touch Screen radio and back up cam on my slightly dated ride. A Honda, everything working flawless. so NOW, I have a back up camera, bluetooth, touch screen and like 40 presets. While there I noticed they fix all kinds of electronics, I saw a few high end huge flat screens in for repair, wish I knew that this past summer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, my car is older but really clean, and it still is. Thank you for making this all work out perfect.

I have been recommended Precision Sound & Service by a friend who knows the LA car scene and boy was I happy with the service. They do not focus on fancy location or facilities, instead they know electronics and do fairly priced high quality work. I am into classics and PSS can help repair and install car stereos of any vintage. A gem for us looking for original audiophile delight. Strong recommend.
