They did an excellent job replacing my bumper with a new one paint job came out excellent!! They redid my head lights like brand new, polished my rims and detailed my car inside an out for no extra charge. Car was finished in 2 days. Thank you ProColor 👊👍💯

I had a very poor experience with this shop. My vehicle was brought in after an accident, and the side mirror that was supposed to be replaced was not installed correctly. Within a week of picking up my car, the mirror fell off again, which is a serious safety hazard. In addition to the poor workmanship, the customer service has been disappointing. Communication has been slow, and the issue has still not been properly resolved. I had to follow up multiple times regarding the correct parts and repairs. This has been frustrating and unsafe, and I expected much better professionalism and quality from a collision repair shop. I would not recommend based on my experience.

She took the time to explain the repair process in detail, which gave me a sense of confidence and peace of mind. The repairs were completed faster than I expected, and my car looks as good as new! Their customer service was exceptional. The team kept me updated every step of the way. I called several times and they always picked up their phone and answered all my questions and concerns with genuine kindness and patience. Now a days, everyone has caller ID and they could have easily avoided my calls, but that was not the case. If you're in need of auto body work, I highly recommend ProColor Collision in Fontana. They’ve earned my trust, and I won’t hesitate to bring my car back if I need any future repairs!
