We received a nice service for my flat tire that had to be replaced. The customer service person was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Overall we had a good experience.

Way over priced. I paid 1700 dollars for an alternator to be replaced with new belt .(stretch to fit) They also cared to much, on wanting to work with my spouse. Who knows nothing about cars.

Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions. The only reason I can’t give it a 5 stars was the LONG wait!!! Made an online appointment for 12, for a nail in my tire that was covered by warranty. I was immediately acknowledged and greeted when I entered the store. Associate advised it would take a little bit over an hour to have the work done. After two hours of waiting I was called to the desk and was advised that they have the tire In stock and it would be done shortly. After 3 hours of waiting it was done. They only gave me only one update during the whole time waiting. Long Wait!!!!!

Ramona Tires always take good care of my car. My car was overheating and I couldn’t drive it. I had it towed to them and they had me back on the road in one day. The staff is super friendly and makes sure you’re satisfied before you leave. I always take my car to Ramona Tires.

Have gone there a number of years and service is excellent. This month, the staff helped me diagnose a noise, I heard on the way to admitting my husband for surgery. My shocks were leaking and it made sense for the activities I had been doing and my mileage. Also got my rear tires replaced which I was going to do on my next oil change. They offered me Uber to leave my vehicle overnight and sent Uber the next day to pick me up. They were awesome with speedy checkout and I went directly to the hospital to pick up my husband. Both car and husband are in excellent shape. Thanks for honest and reliable service Riverside Ramona Tire.
