My mechanic at Auto Pros in Palmdale, of all places recommended RG and I couldn’t be more impressed; quality work, detailed report, quick appointment scheduling. This establishment is much better than their competitors.

RG Brakes & Alignment has rendered me great service before. So, I knew where I wanted to go when I needed routine maintenance on my car. They were able to show me what I needed repairing in very little time. They were very kind and proficient in repairing my car. They are a very trustworthy auto repair business, therefore very respectable. I would recommend RG to anyone. They give you a fair shake.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went in for a toe in/alignment like many places told us that we could do to help a sway on the van. We already had the suspension and shocks and everything checked more than once and they had nothing wrong with the. This shop charged me for an alignment but didn't do what I asked so not sure why I was even charged. Said discount tire had the tires out of spec and they could not toe it in because it wouldn't help. Sent a video of the underside moving around saying all components were bad. Well we couldn't recreate it at any other shop or alone. They said the shocks needed to be replaced but they don't. Don't go to this shop. It's a waste of time and don't fall for there lies.

My new place! Have had several things done there and love their service. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I've had my truck leveled, tire pressure monitors replaced and had an alignment done. Couldn't be happier and the prices were the best in town. Upon leaving the last time I noticed my tail lights/brake lights were not working so I called them back to see if they could look at it and Moe told me to come right back so they could look at it. Turned out to be something I caused by installing my tow package and they fixed it on the spot at no charge! I highly recommend this shop and will be back! 🙂
