BEWARE: On August 19, 2026, I brought my vehicle in for what was supposed to be a routine oil change. During that visit, I was told that my oil pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. I trusted the recommendation of the professionals working on my vehicle and authorized the work. I ended up paying approximately $2,300 for repairs on a vehicle that is worth less than $1,000. What is even more concerning is that my vehicle was not having these performance problems before the work was performed. After I picked it up, it began experiencing serious mechanical issues, including a flashing check engine light. I feel that I was taken advantage of as an elderly customer. In my opinion, the circumstances surrounding my experience raise serious concerns about possible predatory business practices toward an elderly customer. I came in for an oil change and left with a $2,300 repair bill for a vehicle worth less than half of what I was charged. Had the situation been clearly explained to me—including the cost of the recommended repair compared with the value of my vehicle—I would not have agreed to spend $2,300 on it. Really happy with my experience here! Everyone was super friendly, honest, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and kept me updated throughout the process, which I really appreciated. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or recommend things I didn’t actually need. They got everything taken care of quickly, the pricing was reasonable, and my car has been running great since. Finding an auto shop you feel comfortable going back to isn’t always easy, but I’ll definitely be returning here. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with this auto shop! Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They did an amazing job on my car, and it looks good as new! They kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. I really appreciate their attention to detail and excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I got my oil changed at Trident and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff was very helpful and friendly right when I walked in. The service was very timely, and affordable. Will definitely be coming back for all of my future needs.

The team at Trident is great! This is my 2nd time coming in, but the team is always communicative, transparent, and friendly!I’m from out of town, so I always ask to have my car ready same-day (for smaller jobs) and the team works with great urgency to get the parts/work done! I’m very appreciative of the communication as they’re quick to reply to emails, answer calls/texts, and share thorough details. Location is also convenient as I’ll drop by the movies/mall to pass the time!
