My friend referred me Superior Lube, Tune & Brakes when i was telling her about my truck problems. I had previously taken my 2004 truck to two other different shops and they told me i had a bad master brake thingy and i needed to change the rack and pinion and was quoted a big amount of money. So, i took it to Superior for an inspection and an estimate. On the spot i decided that Superior Lube,Tune and Brakes was going to handle my truck. They fixed my racknpinion, the brake booster thingy was Not damaged like the other shop said. Nick also looked into my brakes and discovered my rear breaks were in pieces, long story short they took care of everything i needed done. Now I trust Nick and his crew with our safety on the road that he will see me soon for other issues. Aside, the great/reasonable prices, attention to the details,above and beyond customer service, i loved that Nick answered all my questions without making me feel dumb. Being a woman, most mechanics literally tell me what they are going to do and the price and if i ask any questions they look annoyed. Now my truck is a solid safe ride and im 100% satisfied 😊

I have had some work done here and I have never had any problems with my car UNTIL I took it to Nick. This is only one of the problems. I had work done there and my car started to have a bad vibration. I took it in and Nick popped the hood and put his hand on the engine and told me that it was the hormonic balancer. Made a appointment which took a long time to get and had him put in a new one. After a few days I went and picked it up. When I went out and started my car it still had the vibration and when I told Nick, he YELLED at me and said ' No IT DOESN'T JUST DRIVE IT'. Well to this day my car still has the vibration. The hormonic balancer didn't make a bit of difference with the vibration. Nick doesn't know what he is talking about. He should just stick to oil changes and brakes something that is easy for him. I will be writing about a few more experiences that I have had there. I'm just trying to save you money, go somewhere else and have it done right? I wish that I've read reviews before I went there, if I had I would never have taken my car there. If you read the reviews all of the good reviews are for simple jobs like oil changes, brakes, easy stuff. Plus he is not a memb

Many years ago had this shop as my go-to for my vehicle. As time went on had costly repairs that took longer each time. No big deal, cars get old and need more maintenance that's life. The final repair was a strong shuddering when slowing down, became more consistent and an increasing issue. Took into shop, going onto 2 weeks in and during that inspection/repair there was an unrelated but "important" thing that they said needed to be addressed. Both were costly, but I approved. Stressed that I needed that original issue resolved. After the 2 week mark I said I needed that car back to use, whatever could stand to wait needed to wait but I couldn't NOT have my car to use. That original problem was never resolved, paid for whatever it was they did during that frustrating experience. It was my last time there.

Nick and his team does amazing work I've been coming here for over 5 years I moved to the city and now even though I live in L.A. I still drive down to let him and his team service my car. Superior service with Superior prices. I luhve Superior Lube and tune.
