I had a great experience working with Alex. He was very helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process of getting my car repaired and painted. Alex kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure the work was done properly. I really appreciate his patience and attention to detail. After everything I went through with this repair, having someone like Alex take care of my car made a big difference. don’t ever come to this location it sucks especially the manager I had a problem with my car after a collision service and they blamed it on me when they forgot to add a part and made my car rattle I couldn’t drive over 45mph due to the rattling and they still blamed it on me my technician Miguel Cerritos was terrible worst experience ever worst customer service ever and the manager Paul worst store manager experience ever I had to keep going back and forth with him just to fix my issue now it’s resolved but after me making all these phone calls, unnecessary trips, and multiple emails, truly upsetting and annoying took me over 2 hrs from ventura county to drive to santa monica at 45mphs while people honked and it was some how my fault that they forgot to add screwed to the aero shield from underneath the car terrible experience WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE

I had an amazing experience after experiencing my first accident. Marcus and everyone else at Tesla went above to explain the process, and help me make the right decisions. While everyone was okay, my car was in a pretty rough spot. I was absolutely blown away by how amazing it looked after their team fixed it. The level of professionalism, expertise, communication, and persistence secured my loyalty to the Tesla team forever. Thank you so much Marcus and team!

Excellent experience. They refinished my rear bumper perfectly with a fast 2-day turnaround. The process was well organized with updates through the Tesla app, and my car was even charged when I picked it up. Dee was professional and attentive throughout. Highly recommended!

Thanks for wasting my time, even with your dumb app. I literally made an appointment to sit at Tesla an hour away all day while the "Technicians" valeted my car for me. Useless people.
