So my husband goes in to inquire about servicing our Range Rover. There is a guy working there who just stares at him when entering. No hello or how may I help you. My husband asks the employee do you work here and he shrugs. Then he turns to a desk where I am assuming the manager is sitting who happens to be on the phone. Fellow does not even look up or say hi, let alone wave or smile. So my husband decided to leave. He circled back to let them know about the experience. I gotta say if you cannot simply greet a potential customer with courtesy and respect who took the time to actually physically walk into your shop what kind of treatment of the vehicles can you expect.

Brought my Range Rover in for a wheel alignment. They could not get it to spec, and I left with a steering wheel that sat noticeably crooked to the right. When I called to address it, the technician immediately blamed my aftermarket lower control arms and told me there was “no more adjustment left” — end of conversation. What bothered me just as much as the incomplete work was the attitude. At the shop, he asked why I went aftermarket. Before I could even finish explaining that I’d researched the part, consulted Land Rover enthusiasts, and made a deliberate, informed decision — he cut me off and dismissed my choice outright. You can disagree with a customer’s decision. That’s fine. There’s just a respectful way to do it, and this wasn’t it. I lived with a crooked steering wheel for a few months. I also noticed my traction control was triggering early on sharp turns — likely because the off-center wheel was feeding the system bad input about steering angle. Finally took it to another shop (aftermarket wheel shop, not even a Rover shop). They aligned it to spec for 40% less. Steering wheel is perfectly straight. Not a single word about the control arms being a problem. Save yours

Took my 97 Honda there maybe 5 months ago. I was referred to this shop by my boyfriend's mom for an exhaust pipe replacement. Frank quoted me a good price, but made permanent alterations to the side skirt (bump guard plastic) of my driver side door without consulting me about how he would repair it, drilling two holes and driving 2 rivets through the trim and into the door. How this repair was done was not agreed upon and was done without exploring what could be done about it. I think that is incredibly unprofessional and the repair didn't even hold up a week. It later introduced rust as the rivets/holes permanently altered the door. I was already planning on doing the correct repair to that side, and this business made it that much harder to do so. Furthermore, it is of my opinion that he installed the resonator and muffler in a way that would make it rattle immediately after they finished, leading me to believe that it was done to prompt a return visit. I came back for a second visit to get this fixed where he made a comment about an oil leak that I already knew of, right as he started working to fix the rattle. Frank the owner, is an honest and trustworthy businessman. We ran into a small mishap that was in no way his fault, but he unfortunately ended up dealing with the short end of it. Despite that, he handled the situation in the best way possible. Communication was excellent, and the turnaround time was very fast. He’s definitely earned me as a returning customer, and I highly recommend his shop to others!
