Thank you so much to ACG Bakersfield. Someone hit me while I was parked, it was stressful to think about dealing with insurance and repairs. I contacted Adam via word of mouth, everyone had a lot of great things to say about him and his customer service. He immediately let me know everything would be okay and that I was at the right place. They handled everything, they even arranged for me to get a ride to pick up a rental car, which I truly appreciated. Since day one they took care of every single thing, they assured me I would have my car back and repaired in no time and they were right. I have had a bad experience before with previously with Collision center in Bakersfield, but ACG.... They really really went above and beyond. They even guaranteed lifetime warranty on the repairs! The office was very nice and clean, it was very inviting. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and informative. Thank you Adam & Gloria for providing the best customer service, answering any questions promptly & making this process as smooth as possible. I will be definitely spreading the word on how amazing they are and will be referring everyone! My car looks great and I could not be happier.

My car looks great. Jami was great from their second location on Sacramento St. Adam Gomez helped set everything up for me. They helped set up my car rental with pick ups to get my rental and after dropping it off. They worked great with my insurance company. They were happy to answer any questions and kept me updated.

I was honestly really nervous about getting this done because I’ve heard so many horror stories about body shops. But I had such a great experience here and can’t rave about them enough. They were actually recommended by Volkswagen, which already gave me some peace of mind. Adam reached out to me the same day and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot!). They helped set up my rental and worked directly with my insurance, which made the whole process so much easier. Everyone there was so nice and helpful from start to finish. They originally quoted me two weeks, but the car was done in only 8 days. They even offered to deliver it. When I saw the finished work, I was sooo impressed, it looked absolutely perfect, like the car was brand new again. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done.

I will definitely recommend ACG to my friend and family or anyone looking for a place to take care of their vehicle! They went above and beyond for me from their tow truck driver to the guy at the front desk everyone was amazing! EVERYTIME I called they were always polite . Kate was awesome! Whenever I reached out no matter the time she was always reachable! I appreciate ACG and all they did! So if you’re looking for a great place I highly recommend them!

On October 10, my car was hit while parked — a hit and run! We decided to go with Kate @ Auto Collision Group to repair our Q5, and they were absolutely amazing to work with! The whole process was quick, easy, and completely stress-free. I can’t recommend them enough for any auto body repairs — they turned an ugly situation into such a positive experience. My car was in and out in less than 20 days! Phenomenal Job!
