This was my second time using Caliber Collision, and once again, I had a great experience\! The staff was very kind, attentive, and kept me updated every step of the way. I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday, and it was completed the following Thursday—a day earlier than the estimated completion date. I truly appreciate their excellent communication and quick service.I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

Customer service was solid but overall just a waste of time. I took my vehicle in for repair that the insurance company recommended after my vehicle was struck in a parking lot and everything checked out, I got the rental and I was good to go. Well, they call me few hours later telling me that they don’t want to work on my vehicle due to “prior” damages??? HUH?!?!

Cynthia and Ramiro always are on top of their work when it comes down to communication and good customer service. I would highly recommend this location for any work needed after a collision. They go above and beyond for their customers and staff.

Great team! The staff was friendly, explained the entire process in detail, and kept me updated with daily communication. The quality of the work done on my car was excellent, and everything was completed professionally. I’m extremely satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding service.

Been here two previous times for repairs and loved the work and the people. I guess the third time is the charm because I went back after a hit and run accident and the repairs completed on my car just weren’t… completed. Had to ask for my hood to be adjusted before they tried to release the car (you could tell they didn’t even touch the hood). Which is still not fully realigned. The “completed” repairs are now falling apart just a couple days later. There’s still existing damage left over from the accident that was never addressed by them. They also put a new, deep scratch on my bumper while my car was with them. Going back through my insurance again to get this resolved since the shop still hasn’t returned my call after I reported the new scratch. Only reason it isn’t one star is because of how nice and professional the front desk staff are. EDIT: Changing my two stars to four stars. The manager, Cynthia, handled my concerns thoroughly. The scratch looks like it never happened and the repairs for the accident that were needed were fully completed after my car was returned. I’m very happy with the results and would gladly take my car back to this shop with how gracefully and resp
