The staff here is unprofessional and won't respond to your calls or emails in a timely manner. Concerns made during the repair process aren't taken seriously and then the manager will call you to pressure you to give them positive reviews after your repairs are completed. Very unethical and untrustworthy.

Great service! Car got complete a week earlier than expected and looks back to normal. They have communicated very well and promptly to me and always remind me that I have a warranty with them and that if I have issues to let them know. Thank you to the whole team for their professionalism and efficiency.

This was the first time I ever had to take a vehicle to a body shop to get body work done because of a small accident. They were great! They made sure they kept in touch with me and let me know how things were going just about every day. I got my truck back sooner than I thought I would and the work that they did was excellent. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needed work on their vehicle.

Shoutout to the I’m assuming Manager or the gentleman from the back he greeted me with great guest service, and the front desk staff Sofia she was also sweet and helpful. Overall, my car came good as new after the damages and the team did a great job 10/10. Personally, I’d recommend to get your car fixed here, but prices are expensive depending on the damage to your vehicle, so take that as you wish. Overall, my only complaint, is that they will push for your survey especially after a car insurance claim, but I do feel like it should be made a voluntarily thing. Instead the store will constantly send you messages or a give call to pressure you for the survey. I’m assuming the staff is forced to do so but telling guests that your “car insurance claim won’t process through” unless you complete the survey is funny because, claims don’t close due to a survey lol. Nevertheless, you have the option to unsubscribe so you don’t get texts and emails for that, but I do think pushing for a survey like that is a bit unnecessary from the company, but that is not the workers fault. Recently my car was hit by someone unbeknownst to me and damaged the front fender and bumper and of course did not leave their information! I needed to have it fixed and so came the dreaded search for a body shop. I searched yelp using the body shops given by my insurance company and Fix Auto Body had good reviews so I chose them! And I am glad I did! They were great! They contacted me right away and I got the car in there and it was fixed and returned all within a week. Less actually and they kept me up to date along the way. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The car looks great! I would highly recommend this shop for repairs!
