The owner Rudy helped me with a problem that was not his responsibility, his involvement in the matter was flawless. His work was top notch. The problem was a DMV issue from way back in 2019. I reached out to Rudy for help on some documentation of work on my vehicle. I was amazed that after five full years , Rudy was able to retrieve everything that I needed and that allowed me to provide the DMV the proof that I was in compliance with the so called violation. Advance is what it states it is and does not disappoint, having many years of experience in the automotive field I am very familiar with superior customer service, professionalism, quality installs, while reasonably priced when I see it. Rudy, Demar and staff are hands-on and very patient, they take time and extra care to walk through to educate you from beginning to end on any services and work performed. Advance Mobile Security Earns 5 Stars & A+ Grade AMS is a local family business that provides high quality work, excellent customer care and service. I had been thinking about a dash cam system for my Ford Maverick. But didn’t have any experience with vehicle cameras & was unfamiliar with the terminology. I did extensive reading to learn about dash camera systems & rating reviews to determine what brand and model would best fit my needs. I ordered a front/rear system & considered installing it my self. But after watching many YouTube videos decided it would be best to leave the instillation to a professional. After reading Google customer comment reviews for local dash cam installers, I choose AMS. When I visited their shop to discuss instillation, I had a full typed page of questions. I met with Damar Garcia. He spent twenty minutes patiently & expertly answering my questions. I returned a few days later for my instillation appointment. I met Sophia Lopez who would be installing my system. She was very patient and explained in detail how the hardware would be installed & the process of setting up the software.
