Great service and very friendly wasn't expecting an automatic answer when I told Maria we had 2019 tundra but she already knew about the integration and how the deck was tied into a factory amp very impressed

I had a Kenwood stereo installed here and ran into issues immediately after the install. When I brought it back, I was told to contact Kenwood myself and that it wasn’t their problem since I didn’t purchase the unit through them. I understand shops don’t warranty outside equipment, but basic troubleshooting and support after an install should still be part of the service. Instead, I felt dismissed and left without any real help resolving the issue. Disappointed in the customer service and lack of accountability. I would recommend clarifying their support policy before having work done.
