First off let me tell you that I might have came with high expectations. I don't know if it was a misunderstanding a miscommunication or maybe I was under too many assumptions on my part. I got work done by them because they had great reviews on Google. However I must say I am a bit disappointed on the installation especially coming from a shop. I was expecting wire ferrules and the cables to be zip tied to make the installation look more professional. What i got was the wire shoved right into the connectors which didn't look clean or professional. I must say that I went back in there to look at my install and wasn't really satisfied like I said before so I decided to add wire ferrules and heat shrink and made the installation look more clean. There was many strands of wires getting cut by the tightening screw which i already suspected and wanted to avoid that's why i added the wire ferrules. To be fair I never specified that I wanted that and i was under the assumption they did that already because again they are a shop but also keep in mind that they did not offer that as a possibility for an additional cost either. Called Robin very knowledgeable about all things related with car audio new and old. Gave me 20 minutes of her time to explain to a 52 year old all aspects of my situation. Even to a fault. She is willing to make one understand what they are getting into when an install is being arranged. She won’t step on her installers toes so no prices will be given till she is sure it’s true just and right. Thank you

Haven't came in but called on some speakers that were not ordinary I was not sure how to go about getting them ! They helped me out ,Gave the best advice where to find them and 💯 helpful Thank you for your HELP 🔥👍🏽

What an amazing experience I had at Vasr car Stereo . Super blessed to have came across them . They helped me out with some audio issues and resolved them quick and made my experience so much easier. Renee squeezed me in for Saturday visit. He installed my tweeters. Very thorough in his work and explanation of what to expect. In my opinion it’s cheap prices for the work and quality you receive. Limited seating but didn’t wait long either. Thank you for your service.
