Walt, Leo, Christian and Carlos were very professional and left my home as if nothing happened. They are very respectful to our home. Everyone from Walt to his guys either took their shoes off or used booties. Carlos later placed plastic on the floor and taped it down which I and my wife appreciated because our tradition is not to bring the outside world onto our floors. I also want to give Anthony Calloway from Tripointe for being the conduit that made things happen,

American Craftsman Restoration was hired by our new home builder to repair/replace the drywall, insulation, etc. where a fire sprinkler leak caused water damage to the ceiling and intersecting walls. ACR assessed and corrected the damage perfectly! Special acknowledgement goes to Carlos for doing an exceptional job (highly skilled!); Christian and Leo also worked on site and did a great job. All were supervised by Walt who thoroughly explained everything step-by-step to ensure we were aware of all aspects involved and appropriate expectations. VERY satisfied with their work, professionalism, courtesy and thoughtfulness. Highly recommend!

Walt and his team were great throughout the process of coming out and fixing the drywall. I had a roof leak from recent rains, I contacted home warranty and Walt reached out as soon as I had an appt to fix the roof. He was courteous to my schedules and timely with scheduling. His team did a great job with the drywall very professional

American Craftsman Restoration has been repairing/restoring our home after a pipe broke and did extensive water damage to our home. They have done a a superior job on repairing our home. Michael, and Park were awsome. The pay attention to all the fine details and thier communication is great! Selvin is thier go to jack of all trades person. He picks up the loose ends and does superior work. The subs they use are excellent as well the Cabinet company replaced our lower cabinets without breaking very expensive countertops! Flooring company did a very good job replacing the flooring. We love it. They do wasome work can't say enough or be happier with thier work. Thank you
