Amazing Experience! When I had arrived at this shop, I noticed it was still closed during open business hours. So I decided to call and was kindly informed that he was on an outdoor business service call but would be arriving at a specific time. And that on the current day (Saturday) appointments were needed. But still he managed to ask what my issue was with my mobile device. He then told me that it was an easy, quick fix and that he can squeeze me in for the repair of the phone. I was joyous to know how generous of an act that was for him to do. So I accepted to patiently wait for him to get my phone repaired. Which he then arrived earlier than expected which was very much appreciated. I had gone inside the shop and was greeted graciously by the technician (Alan). The man was straight to the point with no gimmicks. He knew what the issue was and was able to get it repaired within minutes. It's been YEARS since I've had great customer service like his. Alan has a heart of gold. He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient; and a great professional at what he does. I couldn’t be more pleased. I’ve come here 3 or more times to fix phone and iPad screens. Each visit is better and better. He has been beyond professional kind and fast. Always available and reasonable prices. I definitely recommend!

This place is amazing, I have used them many times for repairs to mine and my kids phones. Recently, my phone dropped out of my pocket and was in the road for about 20 minutes being run over by cars. The screen protector that was fitted by them saved my phone, and the lenses on the back camera. I highly recommend them, and the service they provide. Having this screen/camera protector saved me over $1200 for a new I Phone.

I usually don’t have time to write reviews but this man right here deserves that and more! Not only is he so efficient and very experienced with every item I have brought in here but he is a seriously genuinely good guy. His prices are fair. Hes so friendly! My kids have shattered their I pad screens probably 13 times now and each and every time he’s more than helpful! He recommended the perfect case because he saw that my kids don’t know how to protect their electronics 😅. He’s a ward working person who treats everyone that walks in here with the utmost respect. Trust me, repair your stuff here. Honest guy and knows what he’s doing!
