The staff at DVO are exemplary. Ryan was super helpful and friendly. These are the kind of people that are nice to do business with. I was very impressed by the level of customer service!

I switched to DVO after running both Fox and Rock Shox for several years. Being located in the heart of Southern Utah (Virgin, mesas, slick rock, chunk, jumps, drops, some flow, etc), suspension gets put to use hard here. I am very picky on how my suspension feels. The reason I switched to DVO is two fold: 1 - the product feels incredible and works how it should (I run both the Onyx fork and the Jade-X coil and also the Topaz air shock). Smoothest squish set up I have ever had with all the adjustments I need to get it dialed. 2- the customer service is beyond awesome. You can call them directly and speak to someone who can answer all your questions. Whether that’s just product info OR product service. They are fast to respond, fast to do service, and fast to ship product. Absolutely nothing but awesome experiences with them. The quality of people employed there is awesome. They know suspension forwards and backwards. I’ll never go back to another brand.

I purchased an Ibis Ripmo with DVO suspension, and both the shock and fork are in their own league as far as ride quality and traction. Not just traction in corners, but traction over rocks, roots, and anything else uneven. The suspension gives the bike a feeling of being magnetized to the ground yet is still poppy and playful when you ask. The air over coil spring design in the fork gives a ride quality like nothing else, and the ability of the end user to perform simple service is pure genius. Having no experience with these products prior, I am extremely surprised and impressed. I will also add, another major benefit is you can easily call and get help from a live human on the phone who actually knows what they are talking about. 10/10 would recommend.

I am really happy with that customer service at this place. The guy that answers the phone in the morning is really helpful. I got my sons jade X And Onyx set up over the phone. Nothing like off the top. Thank you DVO.

Amazing customer service. Had an issue with a brand new topaz2 rear shock. Fast communication in real time. Solved the problem the exact way anyone would want. Try getting that from RS or fox. Great work.
