Just dropped off my car to get a screw removed from my tire. Such an inconvenient thing to notice halfway through my weekend, However, I was able to schedule an appointment Friday morning, drop it off the next day, and then pick it up the next day for convenience all for free thank you so much America’s tire. I will definitely be back for my next oil change.

Taylor was our service guy. He was very professional and courteous. He did, but he said he would do went beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The service to put on tires was quick and perfect! Highly recommend this store.

American tire depot off of Beach Boulevard is incredible. The staff are very kind and accommodating. They were able to rotate my tires that same day with a walk-in and completed the task faster than expected. The work was outstanding as well. Thank you for being an honest and hard-working company!

I went in to get my brakes looked at and a tire rotation on Saturday afternoon. I really was only expecting to get a quick oil change done elsewhere but the place I got my oil change done also told me my brake fluid was really low. Since they only really do oil changes they recommended me going to American Tire Depot. I’m thankful they recommended it and that I listened. My brake pad was worn down and it needed to be replaced. Tires were rotated free of charge. Everything took about an hour and a half. The customer service was top notch. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the nicely air conditioned store on a warm day.

Very disappointing and dangerous experience at this tire place! I dropped off my car for tire work. After a day of driving I noticed harsh vibrating while driving and an extremely shaky steering wheel, by the second day it was undrivable. I noticed one front wheel had only 2 out of 5 lug nuts left (3 missing!) another wheel had only 4 out of 5 and several remaining lug nuts were so loose I could unscrew them by hand!!! This happened right after their service. Driving on the loose and missing lug nuts caused damage to my rim and likely the hub and bearing now due to their negligence I had to pay for new lug nuts, potentially rim and or hub repairs on top of that, being out of my daily vehicle for 3 days. The worker I spoke to, Rocky, claimed they notified me about a missing lug nut (they tried to sell me shocks and struts, i included a photo of the estimate they gave me that day for proof) which led to my issues which is false, anybody would have immediately agreed as we know how important they are to have them on your wheels. Overall completely unacceptable from a tire shop you would think they execute basic safety standards like properly torquing lug nuts. Strongly recommend goin
