As a loyal customer of over 20 years who services four family vehicles at America's Tire, I have always recommended them for their professionalism and promptness. Unfortunately, my experience at the Huntington Beach location (Warner/Beach St) with an associate named Martin was completely unacceptable. I arrived at 3:15 PM to purchase four new Michelin Defender 2 tires for my daughter’s 2018 Honda Civic. What should have been a routine purchase turned into an awkward 1-hour-and-10-minute ordeal filled with questionable claims and deceptive charges: Incorrect Size Claim: Martin initially claimed my Civic’s standard tire size was no longer common because the tires were not in stock in the shop and had to be delivered the next day. He tried to push a different size on me, but I insisted on ordering the original factory size. Refused Warranty Credit: When I explicitly asked for the prorated credit on my previous 60k-mile warranty (used for only 33,727 miles), Martin refused, claiming the tires were over 6 years old. I had to ask him to look up my history, which proved they were purchased in September 2021—under 5 years ago. Only then did he ask a coworker how to process the credit.

I had a great experience at America’s Tire. Chris and David were both amazing from the moment I arrived. They made the check-in process quick and easy, thoroughly inspected my vehicle, and took the time to make me aware of any discrepancies they noticed. They also found a nail in my tire that I wasn’t aware of and made sure I understood the issue and what needed to be done. I really appreciated their attention to detail, professionalism, and communication throughout the entire process. It’s great to have employees who genuinely look out for the customer and make sure everything is taken care of properly. Chris and David provided excellent customer service and are a big reason I’ll continue coming back to America’s Tire. Highly recommend!

I’m actually bummed to post this because I’ve praised the customer service and value in the past. However my last 2 experiences here have gotten worse. Last time i didn’t have an appointment and it was busy, i had to wait till they were about to close… but this time i made the appointment, 1-2 cars went thru the bays in 1:15 minutes and i arrived 30 minutes before my time, waited 1:15 minutes and saw a walk in get taken before me. Besides the long wait, the front service techs were complaining of being tired and wanting to leave, while laughing at customers as they walked away. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years, 15 at this specific location. Disappointed is an understatement. Update: After reaching out to the company (the link directed me to a fleet account), they offered to make it right and said to come down when i could and they would take me in. Chris delivered. Thank you. In and out in 25 minutes. Thank you

*** Greedy Salesmen will waste your time******* Nothing but a waste of time, ended up here because of nail in my tire , the sales guy started upselling from the get go , giving me impression as while we talk the car is being taken care of and the tried to sell me some tired warranty for almost $300 which i declined because i am planning on changing tires and rims but they do not have any inventory. When I decided not buy the warranty I get an eta to put a patch for over 2 hours and told me he has a lot of car but in reality there were 2 bays empty and bunch of dudes just walking around all over the place. Never walking into another one of these shops even if its an emergency.

0/5. Absolutely terrible experience. Take your car literally anywhere else. I wrote a longer review on Yelp but I wanted to post it here too because of how trash the experience was. I called ahead Friday about getting two wheels/tires and was told they had everything in stock and to bring it in. The next day, after paying for a tow truck, I called to confirm and suddenly they had “no record” of the conversation and told me to go to a completely different location. After towing the car there and waiting in a huge line, they AGAIN had no record of anything and I had to give my information for a third time in less than 12 hours. While my front wheel was literally grinding on the pavement, I repeatedly asked if they could help put the spare on so the tow truck could leave. One employee said yes, then later just handed me a socket and was surprised when I didn't have power tools on me... They eventually let me leave the car there, then later called asking when I was picking it up because apparently nobody communicated with each other and when I asked about help putting the spare on to get it off the ground the guy literally just kept repeating no we don't do that we don't do that. you
