Our extended family visited Newport Beach for spring break, and my parents' alternator gave out. They needed to get it repaired quickly so we could head back home. We called around quotes and Elite Auto Care not only gave us the best quote (by far), but also guaranteed they would work on it quickly so my parents could get back on the road. They wanted to help take care of my parents' needs and gave us an honest price up front. I would 100% recommend Elite Auto Care.

Jasen always takes great care of my trucks like they’re his own. He got me a great deal on a set of Method wheels and Falken tires, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I can’t say enough good things about Elite Auto Care and the incredible service we received from Dave Bell and his team. After hitting unavoidable debris on the highway, our fuel tank was punctured and leaking gasoline—it was a stressful situation, especially being at home with a newborn and two other kids without a car. I never even had to step foot in the shop to get everything taken care of. I called Dave, coordinated a tow, and trusted them with the rest—and they absolutely delivered. Dave communicated with me every step of the way before any work was done, making sure I understood exactly what needed to be fixed and being completely transparent about pricing. The cost ended up being extremely reasonable, especially considering we needed a brand new fuel tank for a Cadillac Escalade ESV. What really stands out is their professionalism and attitude. Dave and his staff are always calm, respectful, and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so much less stressful. They also worked quickly—I had my car back within just a couple of days, which is far faster than what I’ve experienced with other shops or dealerships. Dave Bell and his team have been our go-to for a while

I was referred to Jason @ Elite Auto 5 or 6 yrs ago from a long time family friend, he's has done general maintenence work on several of my older trucks and everything works out great, ( I'll post a separate review for those trucks ) , I've been looking for rims on my Tremor F150 and wanted something different that everyone else didn't have , one day I walked in to the showroom & there was a new Fuel rim, did some research over the weekend & on Monday he ordered the rims & had them the next day , tires were in stock , 17×9 , Toyo RT Trail 35 12.50 17 . Highly recommend Elite Auto.

Jasen and his guys are awesome! Very knowable and great prices. They set me up with new wheels and tires and a leveling kit for my truck and wife’s new Yukon. Also installed some other goodies for me while I was there. Highly recommend and will keep coming back. Thanks!
