Appointment was confirmed online for 10 days, but when I arrived, the salesperson told me at the counter that the tires I had selected were not available. Of course, the equivalent tires from the same brand were much more expensive than the online offer. I came back to this shop because they had been nice and had previously repaired one of my tires, but this is not serious. I wasted my time.

service and reliability is fantastic. In a day when customer service is typically absent, it was great to get the care and service I received. Would definitely recommend for any of your tire and auto needs.

Helpful search for proper tires at the front desk. Options offered and qualities of brands were outlined. No pressure, just information. Appointment made and the work was done in good time with a good result. Costs and benefits explained. Left satisfied with the work.

I had such a great experience at this tire shop! As a woman, going into a place like this can sometimes feel a little intimidating, but Peter immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. Everyone there was welcoming and professional, and you can really tell they care about their customers. It’s such a relief to find a shop you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable service!

-5 stars. The experience was very poor. My dash said my tire was low, so I took it in to see if the guys could help but instead of helping me they wanted to sell me a new tire thinking that I wasn’t aware of my problem. My English isn’t so fluent so a Hispanic guy came but he looked like he wanted to clock out already. They wanted to force me into buying a new tire and when my girl told them about the actual problem(she speaks fluent English and at this point there was another guy there. 2 guys in total) all we wanted was for them to remove the nail and patch it, if that was possible or put more air in so that we can continue our way. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. I love the company just NOT THIS LOCATION! I don’t recommend this location AT ALL to anyone especially to woman!
