Very good service center ! The price is not cheap but fair. The job was done with no problems. The receipt as well detailed. The staff is also super !!!

Junior was super helpful, so accommodating, and helped to educate me with tire rotation and alignment on my Tesla. He stayed after hours to complete the job. Definitely recommend.

I connected to Junior through the Yelp app. Found out I could get my brakes looked at for free. I had a ringing sound but did not know from where. The mechanic did a thorough job and found it coming from the rear differential. The mechanic still went ahead and checked my tires and brakes. Junior was straight forward about the costs of the work. His team had replaced a differential on my make of car before so I felt confident they could do the work. Junior was very easy to work with and communicated well. Parts came in Friday morning and got installed that day. Alignment was done and I picked up the repaired car on Saturday. It has been working great and the ringing sound is gone.

I recently went to Santa Barbara Tire & Service for four new tires and an alignment, and I’ve had a really good experience with them. Junior took time to explain my options clearly without any pressure, and helped me choose something that fit both my driving needs and my budget. After the work was done, I noticed the car still pulled a little to the right. They asked me to bring it back, rechecked everything, and adjusted the alignment and steering at no extra charge. Now the steering wheel feels much more centered and the car tracks straighter. I really appreciate their patience, honesty, and the fact that they stand behind their work. I’ll definitely be back here for future tire service and maintenance.
