Jeff is the absolute best!!! He is friendly, competent and I can always rely on him for all my tire needs. I had a terrible flat tire, needed to be towed and he was incredible. I won’t go anywhere else!! Thank you for always being our neighborhood store, it’s not easy to find this kind of service.

Santa Barbara Firestone made an unfortunate and unexpected situation cheap and easy. It took a long time to get the tire shipped here, but that’s not their fault. Geoff was great. The front desk clerk was great. Great service in a great town.

I couldn't wait to write this review bc it is so well deserved. We got to Santa Barbara for a one month vacation and rented a car from SIXT at LAX. The morning afte we got here we noticed the "tire indicator" light was on. We immediatly drove to Firestone and met Jeff, the Firestone agent. He could not have been friendlier and more helpful! He inflated the tire and said if we had any problems, just to bring it back to him. Unfortunately, the tire kept losing air and we had to bring it back to. there every other day to have it inflated. Jeff had a leak test done and they found nothing but acknowleged there must be a slow, small leak. Today, we brought it back again, he did another leak test and finally was able to see a leak (it must have expanded this time). Although we told him we were willing to replace the tire he had it patched and charged us a minimal charge. We live in Florida and said we would NEVER receive this kind of service from anyone there( especially with such a nice attitude) and would have replaced the tire for an extra charge. Thank you Jeff for making a frustrating beginning to our vacation end with a good outcome!

We drove up to Santa Barbara for a family reunion. 15 mins from our destination something hit our car’s rear right tire and went flat almost instantly. We managed to drive it to Firestone Tire and they replaced it and got us out in less than 30 mins! Thank you Harvey for the great and speedy service!!

Quite simply Santa Barbara’s best auto shop. Very courteous and accommodating. I take my car and my Jeep here. I trust their judgment when something comes up that I need to take care of. Give these guys a raise!
