First time at this Fontana location but have previously visited the Colton one multiple times. Just like the one in Colton, the customer service and repair needed were excellent. Just 15 minutes to start a long road trip, the tire pressure light came on. Girl friends wanted to pull into a gas station to fill the tires but I said let’s find an America’s Tire bec they provide free tire pressure check/tire inspection and can do repairs if needed. We did have to wait about 10 minutes because there was a line for the tire check on this Saturday morning. The gentleman who checked the tire pressure was courteous and found a nail in one tire. He informed us they can remove the nail for free. He also informed us it would be a 45 minute wait. I went inside to check in with the person at the desk whose name is Erick. He quickly found my information on the computer and mentioned it would be 45-60 minute wait. Car was ready in 35 minutes bec Erick knew we had a long road trip ahead. Service at America’s Tire never disappoints!

Chris is so wonderful! I heard a weird noise on my wheel while driving and he was so kind to remove the wheel and check very thoroughly to make sure everything was ok. Turns out I need a brake replacement. He tightened all of my lug nuts as well. He did all of this in over 100 degree heat. I’m so thankful. Give that man a raise! Thanks, Chris!!!

I recommend this business. Sunny and team are awesome. Tires and service prices are reasonable, they price match, employees are friendly and professional. Their best attribute is that they are honest. Took my car in to replace a tire that i purchased with the insurance which i recommend. I also asked them to do an alignment as the run flat tire was damaged due to running over a pothole. I paid for the alignment and insurance on the new tire. When i picked up the car, i was told that the alignment was not necessary and that i would receive a refund to my card. INTEGRITY goes a long way with me. This is part of why i will continue to patronize this business and team. Thank you!

Today was my first time at America’s Tire, and I must say I was truly impressed. The customer service was top tier from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away, all of my questions were answered, and they let me know exactly how long the wait would be. I got two new tires installed on the back of my electric vehicle, and the whole process was smooth and professional. They even send text message updates to keep you informed on the status of your car, which was very convenient. My total wait time was about two hours, just as they explained. I spent $759.26 in total. I was also happy to learn that I could make appointments online, and that my tires come with a warranty. Overall, it was a great first experience. I’ll definitely be back for some rims in the future.

Updated* They did it again. Came back to get tires for my Mom's Camry. They price matched Costco total for total (tires, install, tpms kit, taxes & fees). I went in as a walk-in this time so I was prepared to wait with some earbuds and Bob's Burgers on my phone but they were done in less than 20 minutes. Costco would have you waiting for hours because they understaff and hope you wait inside to spend more money on things you don't need. Thank you for the great customer service and Michelin makes some damn good looking tires! Excellent service. Everyone was kind and prompt. Made a last minute appointment the night before, came after a 12 hr shift ready to take a fat nap in their lobby but they were done a lot sooner than expected. Thank you gentlemen, the opposite type of service I received from Costco (horror story dealing with them). With price match and AAA discount I will never go back to Costco
