Very disappointing experience. The management was rude and unprofessional. The shop is a very small place with limited space for maneuvering large trucks, which makes it difficult and inconvenient for truck drivers. Also, the tyres/products advertised were not actually in stock when I arrived. This was a waste of time and could have been avoided if the advertisement had accurately reflected the available inventory. Overall, poor customer service, poor communication, and misleading advertising. I will not recommend anyone to come here, especially truck drivers

Affordable Quick & Professional Service I have been taking my semi and the trailer to Candor Tires for sometime now. The chief mechanic named Mario is very professional and knowledgeable.. His diagnostics is always on point and clearly tell you if something is needed to be done or not. Unlike other mechanics he does not over diagnose to make extra money. Also, the quality of work is pretty good.

I had an excellent experience at Candor Tires. From the moment I arrived, they took care of me right away without any delay. Not only did they handle the original issue quickly, but they also caught a problem with my valve that I hadn’t even noticed and fixed it on the spot. The entire visit took less than 30 minutes, which is rare these days. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. A special shoutout to the lady in the office, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. She truly deserves a raised for her customer service. It’s not easy to find a place that’s this efficient and genuinely cares about customers. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My truck had an air leak, so they suggested installing airbags. However, the air leak persisted even after the airbags were installed. They clearly don't know what they're doing. Furthermore, the truck was drifting to the right; they claimed it was a bushing issue, so I had it replaced—which cost me $2,500. Yet, the exact same problem persists, and now they refuse to fix it. Don't come here, guys—these people are crooks. They lack the skills to do the work, yet they take your money.
