My husband was having a small backfire in his work truck, and took it over to get it diagnosed. They charged us a $180 diagnostic fee but THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT, and $45 in parts when WE PROVIDED our own parts that we had purchased prior from a different location. My husband's truck wasn't even drivable when we tried to pick it up from their shop (my husband had no issues before and was driving it across town and back for work with no issues other than a small backfire.) it's a miracle we even got it home after whatever they did to it. I also had my vehicle in on the same day due to an AC issue, it wasn't blowing cold. They charged us $83 for parts and $130 for labor, but they literally didn't fix anything because the hose had a leak, and didn't put any new parts in. (We have all receipts as well.) They ripped us off completely and took advantage. We will never come back to this shop and we would've been better off never going in the first place. Anaheim Auto Repair Muffler Care - do better!!

They did a great service on my car, also great customer service. Find some things needed but prioritize what’s important first. Awesome work!

Super grateful for this shop. After calling the shop about some options for my car, post-catalytic-converter theft, I came in and was met with much empathy, support, and practical steps forward. After learning that I had ordered the incompatible "after-market" parts, they also helped me save a lot of time by researching exact part numbers. I never felt like I was being upsold anything, the mechanics showed me visual evidence of what the issues of were, and informed me the exact repairs that would be taking place. I got a new cat' installed, a shield, and some much needed water pump repairs and now I feel my car could go for another 100,000 miles. And all of this was a super reasonable price. I'll definitely be back here if I ever have any other car problems.

I had a very bad experience at Anaheim Auto Repair. I called ahead to ask if they could do an oil change on my vehicle. The person who answered said yes and told me to come in. I let them know I lived about 10–15 minutes away and would head over right away. When I arrived, the person who appeared to be the owner or manager immediately had an attitude and said I had called over 40 minutes ago. That was not true. I showed him my call log proving I had only called about 10–15 minutes earlier. Another customer had also just shown up at the same time. Then I was told the wait time would be over an hour, even though I was told on the phone it would only be about 30 minutes. The lack of customer service and professionalism was very disappointing. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Customer Service: 0 Friendliness: 0 Professionalism: 0 Overall, a bad experience. I will never return. Save your time and go somewhere else. I ended up going to Oilstop Drive Thru in Buena Park and had a much better experience. Angel helped me there and was very friendly and professional. Don’t waste your time at Anaheim Auto Repair.

Came in to see why my check engine was on. Left with it off. Carson is a great guy , super informative. Told me what was happening and go the part within an hour. Great service great prices. In and out fast.
