My expectations were delivered and exceeded with my visit yesterday. After going to two dealerships with an estimated 4-5 days to complete only diagnostics, I tried Asher Auto Care as one last shot to salvage the time away from work. With Justin’s assistance, the team was able to complete diagnostics and additional recommended repairs, same day as a walk in. Outstanding customer service, communication, and professionalism. I took my car in for an oil change with a coupon; the mechanic discovered a headlight that was out and a potential issue that could cause the oil to leak if not addressed. Uncertain, I took it elsewhere for a second opinion and was told these issues were legitimate. The other business also had great things to say about Asher Auto Care. I made an appointment to take it back to Asher the next day for the recommended repairs. My customer care agent, Joseph, was understanding of my initial cautiousness, and explained all repairs and costs clearly up front. The waiting area is exceptionally clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and stocked with a nice selection of refreshments. I highly recommend this business for quality auto care and excellent service.

We were visiting Dallas as tourists, and our Nissan Rogue broke down on the way to a museum. We pulled into a café parking lot to check the vehicle, and a staff member recommended a nearby shop called Asher Service. We arrived there, and Justin took charge of inspecting our car. He was incredibly courteous—offering us water and attending to the vehicle right away. They performed a quick, free diagnostic, clearly explained the exact problem, and outlined the possible solutions. Since we weren't prepared for such a major repair, we decided to have the car towed back home to Missouri. The team at Asher Service was very accommodating and allowed us to leave the broken-down car in their lot for two days until our driver could arrive to pick it up. I’ve lived in the U.S. for four years, and I have never seen such a clean, welcoming Auto Repair Service with such friendly, pleasant, and professional staff.
