Jr was super helpful and kept me up to date on all the repairs and progress. They worked well with my insurance. My truck was repaired and returned to me after a little over a month. My brand new truck was restored completely with all oem parts. Looking at it and driving it, u would never know that it was in an accident. (Not at fault) My truck came back to me professionally cleaned inside and out. I am very satisfied with the results thus far. No problems at all. I didn't pick this place, the city tow brought it here. Im so glad they did. Pics from accident, mid repair, and after. Thanks atlas!!! I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received. Honestly, based on this shop’s ratings and the prices they charge — which are definitely not cheap — I expected my vehicle to be returned in the same condition or even better than before the accident. Unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. From the very beginning, the customer service was poor. Every time I called the office, the receptionist would transfer me to the person in charge of my vehicle, Gilbert, but he never answered the phone. He was always “busy,” in a meeting, or at a doctor’s appointment. I even had to go there in person just to request the repair estimate. I agreed to pay the full amount in cash because I expected professional, high-quality work. However, it took them an entire week just to send me the estimate and another two weeks to repair the vehicle. When they finally called me to pick it up, they informed me that I had to pay an additional $350. The extra charge surprised me, but I still agreed to pay it because when someone invests a considerable amount of money into a service like this, they expect professional results and quality workmanship. 10/10 kept us well informed through the whole process,price updates and parts needed. Confirmed all prices before purchase. JR was amazing, keeping us updated and looking out for the customer.

Would recommend Atlas body shop for auto repairs they take care of you Jr was very helpful and informative on how my repairs where going. And from the front desk to upper management and everyone in between am very great full that I took my vehicle to your guys.

Back in December of last year I was driving through San Antonio to Florida as I was moving there. Unfortunately for me a semi truck didnt look before trying to switch lanes and ended up clipping the back end of my drivers side. Cops arrived and had my car taken to Atlas. I went the next day to get all of my belongings so that i could keep heading to Florida, the team at Atlas was very reassuring and informative. The car was there till early February, I was out of state and pretty anxious about the progress and condition of my car. But I got weekly updates whether via email or phone call with pictures and updates and where they were at. In February I flew back to pick up the car and it looked just as it had before the accident if not better with the fresh paint to the quarter panel and bumper. I hate that the accident happened but I’m forever grateful for the team at Atlas for taking such good care of it and making the pickup process so smooth!
