Poor Customer Service I had an appointment scheduled for an oil change, but I was never informed that it would take three hours. I made the appointment ahead of time and even called twice to confirm everything. When I called for an update, I was told my car would be ready shortly, but no one communicated that they didn’t have the proper parts needed to complete the service. The lack of communication throughout the entire process was extremely frustrating. I had to repeatedly reach out for updates instead of being proactively informed. Better communication and transparency regarding delays and parts availability would have made this experience much better. Unfortunately, due to the poor communication and inconvenience, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

My experience with Autobahn was beyond excellent. They are fair, honest and actually give you a fair price on the repairs at the start…not after you get a second or third opinion like I experienced at the dealership. I will only be taking my car to this shop for repairs going forward as they have more than earned my trust, which was severely broken after my last experience with the dealership. Thanks, Emma and team!!!

Awesome place to take your vehicle for repairs . Had me in and out. They communicated very well and no repairs are done until they talk to you. Definitely my go to shop moving forward

Service was Great and scheduling and timing was Super Fast! All work was done all in 1 day which I was Totaly Impressed and definitely not used to as I only dealt with Mercedes of San Antonio for the past 15 years...!! This place is Awesome! You guys have definitely earned a new customer for life!! P.S. Emma the front desk office manager was Great! 👍 She kept me informed, courteous and Professional all the way! And I also especially Loved their customer management Software that they Use here. As a business owner myself I can appreciate a thorough ad fully featured Appointment and CRM Software! It was very proficient and sent me photos of all work being done instantly.... again...I Loved my Total experience here....and anyone considering them for your Import auto work....I strongly believe you would also...!! Call Emma and let her take Good Care of you!! Tell her Rocky Review Sent Ya!!

I was pleased with the service I received from Autobahn Automotive. Though not every issue was resolved, they were able to get my vehicle back road worthy within a week. They really impressed me with their cost savings approach for parts/labor that may have run up my bill at the actual BMW dealership. Thank you for the real time updates and recommendations, it kept my concerns very low. I will definitely return for all of my future vehicle service needs. Keep up the excellent work.
