I took my car in for a wheel alignment and was told I needed two new tires. I thought this was strange as my car had recently being serviced by the Mazda dealership and they did not tell me I needed new tires. I left Big Brand Tire & Service without the wheel alignment or new tires. Upon doing some extra research on Google, I came across the American Tire Center in Hollywood and spoke to Vahe ("Vic"). He recommended I stop by for an inspection. I jumped in my car and met with Vic. Vic examined all four tires and advised I didn't need new tires and still had a few thousand miles before they needed to be replaced. Because of this experience at Big Brand Tire & Service, I do not recommend them. Tires are expensive and I believe they saw a female attend their service center and thought here's someone we can lie to, make money from and rip off.

I had a great experience with Big Brand Tire. I had a flat tire that was slowly losing air, so I contacted them for help. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to service my vehicle on the first day, but they kindly offered to add air to the tire since it wasn’t losing pressure too quickly and scheduled me for an appointment on another day. When I came back for my appointment, they took care of everything quickly and professionally. The service was excellent, and the best surprise was that the repair was completely free! Thank you, Big Brand Tire, for the great service and for taking care of your customers. I really appreciate it and highly recommend them!

I had a huge nail in my Toyota's tire and was planning to take it to my usual dealership, but I decided to stop here instead. It was the best decision I could have made! The team was incredibly helpful and professional. Even though I was a walk-in, they fixed my tire for FREE in about an hour. They handled my car with great care and the quality of service was outstanding. I feel so lucky to have found this place. If you're looking for honest, fast, and top-notch tire service, this is the spot. Highly recommended! 5 stars all the way!

Solid Tire Work, but Dropped the Ball on Communication I had an okay experience at Big Brand Tire in Hollywood—good enough for 4 stars, but not without hiccups. I made an appointment to have a tire installed (one I bought elsewhere), and they were priced right and relatively on time with delivery. So far, so good. Where it fell short was the follow-through. They told me they’d call or text me to confirm whether I needed an alignment—and if so, they could do it before closing. That never happened. I ended up calling them, and they either forgot or missed the window, so now I’m stuck making a second trip. Total lose-lose: they miss the alignment revenue, and I lose time. Also, the waiting area? Let’s just say it’s not exactly a place you’d want to hang out. I don’t expect spa water and massage chairs, but even a halfway decent spot to sit would go a long way. As the photos show, it’s pretty bare bones. That said, the staff was friendly, and the tire service itself was done well. Just wish they’d done what they said they would—simple follow-through would’ve made this a 5-star visit.
