Gentleman over the phone was kind and respectful while I asked questions about an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to take me as a walk in and gave me a decent wait time. These little things go a long way for individuals that need quality car service and are always on the go. I will be a Firestone Auto Care customer moving forward. Thanks guys!!

Had a great experience at the Firestone Complete Auto Care on La Cienega in West LA. Carlos greeted me right away and clearly walked me through my options for fixing a nail in my front passenger tire. He set expectations upfront on timing and pricing, and even confirmed they had a replacement tire in stock just in case. Thankfully, a repair was all that was needed. While I waited in their very clean lobby, Carlos kept me updated throughout the process. Jamie handled the repair—he was friendly, professional, and efficient. Overall, both Carlos and Jamie were excellent. The service was smooth, pricing was fair, and the professionalism really stood out. Bonus points for convenient hours (they open at 7am) and an easy online appointment system. They had a 10am same-day appointment but I chanced it and walked in just after 7 and was out in under an hour. Highly recommend this shop.

*****DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!***** Even if you have an appointment, do I not go to this shop. You will waste your entire day waiting. An alignment takes 40-60mn, at the most. They will have you sit there for 5hrs and act like they've been working on your car for 3hrs. It will be left perched up most of the time and no one will glance at it. They will give you a BS reason as to why it took so long; however, it is all about greed. They will pile up on customers (even if they have an appointement) and leave you hanging. All they see is $$. Also, watch out for the "Up-sale"! My tires were about 7mths old with less than 5k miles on them; and the service agent had the nerve to tell me that I needed to change them because they were balding. He "recommended" I changed them that day. A good look of "nice try" and he knew I was not that type of customer. He gave it all up and told me "I was golden". In conclusion, there are plenty of other places around town that could accommodate your alignment needs. I will never recommend this store for that particular service.
