I have a 1996 Ford F-250, and I’ve never owned a diesel truck before. Recently, I noticed a strong fuel odor. When I opened the hood, I saw fuel at the front of the engine. I panicked and started searching for a diesel mechanic. The only one who responded was Brady Diesel Mechanic. He was incredibly helpful in figuring out what was causing the leak. He even FaceTimed me to make sure I was providing the correct information and that he was guiding me properly. He also helped me find the right part so I could fix it myself. He was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. In the end, I discovered it was a simple fix..just tightening the fuel pressure gauge but it definitely didn’t seem that way at first. I really appreciate his help and guidance in getting my truck to stop leaking. I will definitely reach out to him again if I have any issues with my truck or car. 😉

Allen was excellent at communicating and incredibly helpful when we were in a pre-holiday travel pinch. He offered some free advice, suggesting a couple of things to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the engine light stayed on—bummer for me—but his thoughtful suggestions showed me he genuinely cares about potential customers and operates with honesty. I am now a customer, and I couldn’t be happier with his fair price, outstanding service, and diesel knowledge.

I was told that my turbo needed to be replaced, but Brady showed me the codes only reading a failed turbo actuator. He came out to my house sooner than he anticipated and did a quick and very thorough job on my 2014 Cummins Ram and ran through what the causes were that created the failure. There is no doubt this is my go to mechanic. Very friendly great fair pricing. I believe it is fait that we meet good people like Brady to help through these frustrating situations.
