Brooks Motor is excellent. This is the 2nd repair done at the shop so I expected the same great service which I got!! The Brooks team, Frank and Zach were great throughout the process. Understandably the parts from Lucid took time as usual but the work was done very well with attention to detail. Communication with the other party's insurance was handled with little involvement on my part. Highly recommend.

Brooks Motor Cars did an absolutely fantastic job repairing my Jaguar F-Pace after a parking incident badly damaged the aluminum door and bumper. The car looks like new now, maybe even better than before the repair, and that was definitely not a given considering how much work was needed. The aluminum door repair, new bumper, and paint color matching are perfect, and they were able to source all the parts needed to deliver a truly outstanding result. I had first met Frank at Brooks Motor Cars a few years ago for a small touch-up, and I knew then that they were the best place in the Bay Area for body work on Jaguars and luxury cars. So when I needed much bigger work done, I didn’t hesitate for a second to trust them with it. Frank took care of me again this time and was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was very professional, trustworthy, clear, and made the whole process feel easy and in good hands. Zach was very helpful as well, and the entire team did exceptional work on the car. Everyone at Brooks Motor Cars is truly exceptional. I was originally recommended to them by my cousin, who also had his Tesla Model Y repaired there, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better body shop. Frank and Zach are absolutely outstanding—professional, honest, and genuinely committed to providing an excellent experience. From start to finish, they made what could have been a very stressful situation completely smooth and stress-free. They handled everything with the insurance company, so I didn’t have to go back and forth at all, which was such a huge relief. My Tesla Model Y was in very bad shape after being involved in a truck accident, and I wasn’t sure it would ever look the same again. Thanks to their incredible work, it now looks good as new. What really sets them apart is that they went above and beyond by repairing items that weren’t even covered by my insurance. The communication was clear, the process was transparent, and the quality of the work was outstanding. It’s rare to find a team this trustworthy and dedicated. I can’t recommend Brooks Motor Cars highly enough and would absolutely send friends and family their way.

I recently got into a small parking lot accident and needed a Tesla-certified collision shop. After calling around, I was referred to Brooks Motor Car in Alameda, and I’m really glad I chose them. From the moment I arrived, Frank greeted me and made the process incredibly smooth. He quickly took photos of the damage, explained how everything would work, and got the estimate started right away. Frank handled all communication with the insurance company and even coordinated the rental car, which made things so much easier for me. Throughout the repair, I could track the progress online and received text updates directly from the shop—something I really appreciated. My car was in the shop for about three weeks, and when I picked it up, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the work. Teslas are known for their panel gaps, but the car came back looking better than it did before the accident! After inspecting the car, I noticed a small scratch that had been overlooked. I brought it up to Frank, and his team took care of it right away, even providing me with another rental while they fixed it. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. After being a victim of random vandalism in Oakland, I was discouraged when my insurance company refused to cover some of the repairs. Brook’s Motors completely turned that experience around. Frank, the manager, provided exceptional customer service—he went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired properly, even for the work my insurance denied. His professionalism, kindness, and integrity made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. I also want to thank the person who detailed my car. What an awesome unexpected and thoughtful surprise that truly brightened my day. Not only was the broken glass cleaned out my interior looked like new again!! In a world that can often feel full of sharks, Brook’s Motors reminded me that good, kind people still exist in the Bay Area. My car looks amazing, but more importantly, I left with peace of mind knowing I was treated with respect and care by every member of the Brooks Motor Team I came in contact with. My carbon fiber pieces, trunk, door, windows, and PPF wrap looks brand new again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend Brook’s Motors!
