What a great experience. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic from the front desk to the techs. Really wasn’t expecting that and it makes a big difference. Their follow through was great and I loved the text updates. And of course they did a fantastic job and my car even came out cleaner than it went in. This will definitely be my go to shop. Highly recommend.

The customer service was just as impressive. Everyone was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made everything smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was their great sense of humor and welcoming attitude. They made the whole experience enjoyable, which is rare these days. Overall, outstanding work, excellent service, and genuinely great people to work with!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision on 11th Street in Oakland. The entire team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. They did an excellent job on my vehicle, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My car was returned looking like new, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I was referred to this shop by my friend Eric, and from the moment I called, I knew I was in good hands. Lee answered the phone and was extremely professional, polite, and helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my insurance claim and made the process feel much less stressful. I was then assigned to Daniel, who worked directly with the insurance adjuster and made sure my vehicle was repaired properly and that the insurance covered everything. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. 10/10 service!

I had an excellent experience during what could have been more stressful but Demariea was very communicative, patient and kind. He took the time to explain the situation, provided clarity during a time of confusion with the insurance companies, and helped me navigate through 3rd parties, insurance companies, rental companies and was a welcomed voice of reason I knew I could call when I had questions and get a fast and accurate response. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision, Demariea & its stellar team to friends & colleagues. I was very happy with the excellent job the did repairing the car and even took the time to wash & vacuum my car, so I was happy to be able to get on with my day & knowing my car was safe & looking good, which made me feel good!
