The BEST shop in So Cal. Edwin and the CC Burbank crew are absolutely amazing and the work they did went above and beyond. Edwin walked we out to my car and I legit was like “cool, there is another new Mazda here. Where’s my car?” Edwin was “like this is it”. Both me and my wife were shocked. It looked so good we didn’t even recognize it.

I had an excellent experience at Caliber Collision after my Honda Accord was rear-ended. I dropped my car off on March 11th and was able to get a rental right there on-site, which made the logistics incredibly easy. My estimator, Edwin, was top-notch—very professional, friendly, and made the entire process crystal clear. He kept me updated throughout, and I was able to pick up my car on the 16th with a brand-new bumper and perfect paint match. Highly recommend this team.

The folks at the Caliber center on Victory in Burbank made the process of car repair super easy! The check-in process was explained well and the car was ready as promised. Edwin Dimas was my contact at Caliber and he kept me up-to-date with any changes. He communicates very well with customers. The repairs to my rear driver side were excellent--like new! I highly recommend the service here!
