I came here after looking at their amazing reviews and now I completely see why. I cannot thank this shop enough for the amazing work they did on my Mazda Miata. If you own a Mazda with the Soul Red paint, you already know how notoriously difficult it is to match color correctly after bumper replacement/repair. I was really worried about how it would turn out, but these guys completely nailed it on the very first try. The paint match looks beautiful and seamless. They even told me to bring the car back anytime if I notice any issues later down the road, which gave me so much peace of mind. They are Mazda certified for a reason, and this is definitely the place to go for any kinds of repair. What also stood out to me beyond their craftsmanship was how honest and transparent they were throughout the whole process. Every conversation was straightforward with no hidden fees or upselling, and they kept me updated almost daily so I never had to wonder what was going on. Had an amazing experience at CrashFix. They fixed my Tesla and so happy to say it looks as good as new!! The team here did an amazing job on fixing my car, making look like it was never damaged. Also went above and beyond and fix minor dents and scratches, the vehicle had before. Also Jack was very helpful on giving updates and keeping me informed about my vehicle.

Jack and Gerard at CrashFix did a wonderful job on my 2024 Kia Soul. She (my car Cherry aka Lollipop) got hit - err, POPPED - by a red light runner on my front left side. I had just bought her used a month before so I was shocked. I had also just done stand-up comedy at Hollywood Improv so I was feeling pretty darn good before the surprise accident. Then I got taken by one of those predator towing situations on La Cienega. But I was able to get my car moved from the predator towing facility to CrashFix within 36 hours. Progressive covered storage fees at the other body shop. The other body shop probably could’ve fixed it, but I’m glad I found CrashFix after some quick Google and Yelp research. CrashFix also let me have a rental car for about a week. The accident wasn’t my fault so the hit and run’s insurance paid for the rental (as far as I know). Four different witnesses caught the guy and took video of his license plate and video of him. I was very lucky to have a witness’s video of the actual crash as well. It’s also sad and weird to find pieces of your car in the road in LA the next day (see photo). Progressive was my insurance and they worked with CrashFix seamlessly. Pro

Honestly best prices and great job on the work they did. I lease my car so a scratch is everything to me. I’m telling you if I ever have another scratch I’m not hesitating on where to go. They always stayed in contact with me and kept me updated on my cars. Thank you Alex for making me feel so comfortable as well.
