I was at church on a Sunday when someone hit my BMW X3 in the parking lot and fled the scene.I filed a claim with my insurance company, but they were unable to resolve my claim for quite some time. I eventually took my vehicle to Enzo Collision, and I’m very glad I did.The team at Enzo Collision worked directly with the insurance company, made sure the vehicle was properly inspected, and successfully got my claim approved so the repairs could be completed.I’m truly grateful to everyone at Enzo Collision for their hard work and dedication. They provided outstanding customer service, kept me informed throughout the process, and handled everything professionally from start to finish.I highly recommend Enzo Collision to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional collision repair services. Do not even consider going to this Bodyshop. This place is a complete nightmare and I strongly believe most of the “good” reviews are not real. Owner - Zare - is not responsive and repeatedly gave me false information. My car has been at this Bodyshop for 3.5 months with no substantial work performed. Every time I asked for real progress, I got excuses, vague updates, or silence. They keep abusing insurance supplements - we are currently on supplement number 4 - and still no results have been delivered. No completed work. No clear timeline. No accountability. What made it worse: • No responses to calls or messages • No responses to direct demands for a status, proof of work, or delivery date • Constant delays with zero transparency • You get strung along until you are stuck If you value your time, your money, or your car, stay away. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had. Photos from 2 different months - car remains the same. Parts not ordered.

Bought this beautiful BMW X5 from auction, but it had scratches, dents and many exterior issues. I brought it to Enzo Collision, and they did a great job. Painted front bumper and hood, passenger side doors and polished all around and my car looks like brand new. I am amazed how they can match the color and make it shiny like it’s newly build from the factory. Black color is always very difficult to work, but they did great job. I do appreciate it. Very professional, fast and excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs of any type. Thanks to the team who did fantastic job

Enzo and his father are very knowledgeable and friendly professionals. It was pleasant working with them and they were very accommodating with my drop off/pick up times after business hours. They have very high standard for the repairs and made my car look like new!

5/5 would recommend and go there again. Enzo was extremely helpful and kept me updated with my vehicles repair. He also advocated for me during the insurance process and felt with them most of the time . He even assisted me in finding great priced rental vehicles which he did through his numerous connections. Enzo’s body shop delivered quality , attentiveness and peace of mind. If you need a body shop to get your work done I highly recommend this place !
