Caliber collision exceeded my expectations when I received my vehicle back. There was great communication on their end, and I received multiple update texts regarding the progress of my vehicles repairs. Their customer service was also excellent! In regards to the state of my vehicle when I received it, I just was taken aback on how perfect it looked. The used oem parts for my civic, it really showed!! I also had them fix additional paint damage on the back of my car as well! That turned out perfect too. I included some before and after photos 😌

Been coming here for years and I always get great service. Everyone from the front office to my service advisor Rigo they were all very helpful and made my experience smooth. I truly felt like I was part of their family. Armando the manager was algo great he offered a courtesy wax on my vehicle the next time it needs one. I will continue to recommend this place to all my fiends.

This place is great Armando and Rigo helped me out with the repairs on my white BMW. I also brought my VW and they were able to polish my hood at no extra cost. The front office staff is friendly and everyone is great. Thank you Armando and Rigo and all the staff at Caliber.

I had been going to another body shop for 30-years, but my insurance recommended Caliber so I tried them. I'm very glad I did. The whole process was seamless. Great coordination with my insurance company and the repair was perfect. They even fixed a few things that were not part of the accident damage so the vehicle finish matched. I was impressed to have been informed at each phase of the repair so I could plan my alternative transportation needs.
