This is the BEST body shop I have ever been to. Not only did they fix my car, but they went above and beyond. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and they made my life 1000X better by helping me deal with insurance. 10/10 recommend this spot!!!

I originally came across ER Collision years ago when they first had their first shop in Santa Ana. The quality and care their team has consistently put in each of my cars is why they have become my choice every time I’ve had to deal with a collision claim. I’ve been bringing my cars to them for the last 6 years and have been pleased with the process and claim. They’ve been able to save two of my cars from nearly being declared total losses; additionally in 2 occasions the quality of the work came out looking better than when I bought the cars. They are persistent and diligent in their communication between me, the insurance adjusters and part suppliers which appear to contribute to their faster turnarounds. They’re most definitely the team to trust your treasured collectible, the family car with by far. Currently I just dropped off a Lexus seen below, I’ll update my review hopefully once it comes out of the shop… but excited to see the results.

I shared photos of my car and got an estimate from David Flores. It was within my budget. Meeting him was very pleasant. He was very friendly and I could tell he was a super positive, hard worker, very polite, personable and kind. I only expected to get my door fixed. David and his team did an amazing job and did more work than I anticipated. I just got my car today and it looks amazing and feels brand new. It was also really nice that I didn’t have to rent a car for 4 days. Thanks David and Team. You guys really knocked my socks off. 😁I absolutely give them an excellent recommendation. Super job on customer service!❤️

It was my first time with ER Collision and Auto Body Shop. A garage I trust recommended them for fixing some dents & scraped paint. Eric inspected my car and gave me a quote, which I thought was reasonable. He was respectful, friendly & professional. Since they would be making paint to match my car, I asked if it was possible to touch up several old chips & scrapes. Eric agreed to do some of them without asking for additional payment. In so doing, he was clear which ones could be worked on and which ones would be too much to do so I knew exactly what to expect. The work was done very nicely. I was also very happy that they cleaned my car inside out as if I took my car for a car detailing work. All in all, I felt very good about dealing with them, and I would recommend them to my friends.

I've taken my vehicles to ER Collision & Autobody several times over the years, and they continue to impress me. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other body shops, but what really keeps me coming back is the quality of their work. Every time I pick up my vehicle, it looks like new again. On my most recent visit, they estimated the repair would take about four days, but the work was actually completed two days ahead of schedule. That was a pleasant surprise and speaks to their commitment to taking care of customers. What also stands out is their attention to detail. Not only was the repair work excellent, but they thoroughly cleaned the vehicle before returning it to me—even the floor mats were spotless. It's those little touches that show how much pride they take in their work. If you're looking for an honest, reasonably priced body shop that does quality work and treats your vehicle with care, I highly recommend ER Collision & Autobody.
