These guys are the best! Matt was superb—-he made sure to give me regular updates, and they did a fantastic job on my car (body work). They even took the time to clean out the inside of my car and it is sensational. Chilton goes above and beyond in everything they do, and I am so lucky to have found them. Thank you so much, guys! I highly recommend Marina Auto Body. After I was rear ended in my Toyota Tacoma, John and the team took great care of everything. John was extremely helpful, keeping me updated every step of the way with clear communication. He really went to bat for me to make sure quality OEM parts were used. The repair work is flawless, the truck looks amazing, like the accident never happened. Excellent service and great results.

Not only did my car look better, it performed better after Marina Auto Body repaired my car. The knowledgeable mechanics ran extensive diagnostics to know what was damaged and to make sure everything was fixed correctly. I was supposed to pick it up in 5 days and it was completed in 3. I had a camping trip planned and was able to take my 4Runner because of the hastiness in which the repairs were completed. Lewis Bui was very professional. As soon as the estimate was finished, he called me. So I could make arrangements for a ride to pick up my car, he communicated with me every step of the way to confirm exact times for pick up. As soon as my car was done, he called me. Because of Lewis’s professionalism, I have decided to make Marina my auto shop for maintenance and repairs. There’s nothing better than the trust I feel that honest, exemplary work is being done on my car. I fully recommend Marina Auto Body to anyone who wants exemplary vehicle repair and maintenance by certified mechanics as well as a professional, clear communication in office. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I was referred here because my insurance covers ‘Toyota original parts,’ and this shop was supposed to provide quality service. However, after my repair in late May, I’ve noticed several issues. It’s now October, and my bumper is misaligned with visible gaps in a couple of places. When I brought this up, they claimed I must have backed into something or been hit, refusing to guarantee their work and directing me back to my insurance. I haven’t had any accidents, and I’ll be sharing photos so you can judge for yourself.
