Caliber staff at this branch has been amazing throughout the process of having my car fixed. David was wonderful and helpful anytime I had anything I was unsure of, and someone was always available to answer my calls for updates. They worked seamlessly with Enterprise nearby to pick up my rental car and I just had to leave it with them since they work together. When I was just about to leave, one of my batteries died because it may have been running on accessory for a few minutes, and David did not hesitate to troubleshoot the issue and jump-started the car for me and made sure it was fixed before we left the area. Hopefully I wouldn't need another service from them, but if I happen to need a car repair service, I would go back to Caliber. 10/10. Thank you :)

I had a fantastic experience with Chris P. at Caliber Collision. I needed a quick cosmetic fix on my truck before selling it next month, and Chris went above and beyond to make the process easy, fast, and stress-free. It is rare to find this level of genuine customer care and honest service. I highly recommend Chris and the team at Caliber!

I just got my Audi repaired at Caliber Collision and had an excellent experience. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. I had two different repairs done — one through insurance and one out of pocket — and the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally. Even though they seemed very busy, they still took the time to explain every step and kept me updated throughout the repairs, which I really appreciated.

Hard to say how highly I recommend this Caliber Collision location. The entire team goes above and beyond. They helped me in a real time of need and I will be forever grateful. If you're still considering whether you should go, please stop and just pick up the phone and call them or go in. They came highly recommended to me from an auto service shop that I trust, and they blew away my expectations. It's actually so refreshing to work with such awesome people, and to get such a surprisingly awesome result on my car when others were telling me it would cost thousands of dollars more than what Caliber was able to do it for.

Victoria was great getting paper work filled out, while Juan made it possible to get my car repainted and put back together in 2 days!! Very nice work with the paint and panel gap, would highly recommend as a body shop.
