They did a great job fixing my car after an encounter with dropped/flying drywall on the highway. Not just the exterior appearance, but they worked with the dealer to make sure that all the sensors etc are recalibrated. They also worked directly with the insurance to deal with additional issues that were discovered during the repair.

I recently took my Car to Car West Collision for front-end repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. While the insurance estimate originally called for aftermarket parts, the shop worked to ensure Genuine Toyota (OEM) parts were used for the bumper, grille, and washer reservoir instead. They even handled the complex Dynamic Cruise Control radar calibration through the local Toyota dealer to ensure all my safety systems were factory-perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to using quality parts over cheap alternatives is top-notch. Highly recommend for any modern Toyota owner!"

There are not enough superlatives to express how impressed I am with Car West Collision in Mountain View. Their professionalism, skill, honesty, integrity, and unwavering dedication to excellence is way over the top. I have been the owner of numerous Audi automobiles, and my 2012 Audi A6 is the pride of them all. I strive to maintain it in pristine condition. Over the years, there have been incidents in which body shop repair has been necessary, and those shops all did excellent work. However, Car West Collision has, for me, redefined what is meant by excellence. Not only did they do the body work such that the result was perfect, but they went above and beyond, and that is what makes them special. An incident occurred in a parking garage that resulted in having to replace the left front fender and the front bumper. That’s what body shops do. The work was perfect – no way to tell any damage had ever happened. But that is not the end of the story. Some background: My 2012 Audi A6 was “fully loaded” with technology, including adaptive cruise control and pre-sense automatic braking, with two radar units on either side of the front bumper. I took my car to this shop for repairs in early June last year. While the final result eventually turned out okay, getting there was far more frustrating than it should have been. Communication was a constant issue—every time I followed up, it sounded like they were behind schedule. The repair itself took about 1.5 to 2 months. When I was finally told the car was ready and went to pick it up, I was shocked at how many obvious issues had been missed. There was clearly no proper quality check before delivery. The hood and bumper were misaligned, and the steering wheel pulled to one side while test driving. Because of this, I had to leave the car with them again to fix these problems, which took another couple of weeks. After final delivery, I was told to bring the car back yet again for the clear protection film, supposedly because it needed at least a month after painting—even though they had already kept the car for over a month. After clear film installation I thought everything was finally resolved, but a few months later, when I tried to refill the windshield fluid, I discovered the filler tube was completely missing. Car West did an amazing job! I am so impressed with their fix to the damage on one of the rear lights of my VW.
